REPS Custom Machining & Fabrication LTD was established in 2002. REPS is a family owned business with hands on experience, CNC Machining, turning, programming and Fabrication. REPS has since steadily growing with quality product & service. In 2022 REPS have invested over 2 million dollars in machines such as 5 AXIS DMU 85 MONO BLOCK. REPS is capable from prototype to production runs, from small to medium to large. REPS handle anything from simple to most complex parts in 12000 sq. ft. facilty, with team of 20 members and two shifts. REPS works very closely with it’s customers to understand their needs. REPS priority is quality product and on time delivery.
REPS regularly acquire new equipment and implement new processes for continuous improvement. This enables us to seek new and exciting opportunities across all industries.
REPS custom precision machining capacity is in the range from small to medium to medium/large with the capability to handle anything from simple to the most complex parts. We machine all kinds of metals as well as plastics and other materials. Both manual, semi-automatic and full CNC machines are at disposal to perform boring, milling, drilling, grinding and lathe operations. A quality assurance room with modern CMM is used to check accuracy at every step of production.
Besides precision machining, REPS also offers fabrication services. Certified Welders are familiar with steel and various alloys. Partial turn-key or Full turn-key fabrications are available.
